You may post a limited number of classifieds, ads, and general listings as long as your posting is relevant to its parent category and is legal.

You cannot use our platform to sell illegal items, substances, or banned products.  Nor may you use our platform to advertise or sell sexual services.  Prostitution is forbidden.

Eric's List provides a free classifieds, ads, and postings listing service platform.  All content on this site is user generated and must follow all applicable laws based on the location of each individual user.  All illegal content, abusive behavior, and trolling (creating fake accounts, bots using the site, etc) are strictly forbidden.  We reserve the right to terminate, delete, or suspend your account without notice.  Users are encouraged to self police content on this site by reporting any post infringements using the reporting tools found on each posting.

All pictures used and hosted on our platform must be legal and respect all applicable laws including copyrights.

By using our platform, you assume all responsibility, risk, and any possible damages and dangers that can occur when completing cash transactions or meeting up with strangers.  You assume all personal risk if you meetup with strangers.  This site (and its operators) cannot be held liable for anyone's actions.  It is merely a tool to sell items, post ads, post classifieds, and post other miscellaneous listings.  Contact local law enforcement to report crimes.

Tips for staying safe:

• Only accept cash for the items you are selling.
• Verify monetary bills are legitimate to prevent counterfeit currency exchanges.
• If something seems alarming about the other person, do NOT follow through with your meetup.
• Do your research and follow your gut instinct.

Most people are good, but as we know, society is made up of some bad apples that might be out there to scam you.  Use your best judgement and be safe!

By registering to use our postings platform, you agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and will not abuse our platform in any way.

We reserve the right to terminate and delete your account in the event that our services are abused.  Ultimately, we cannot be held liable for any interactions resulting from using this site.  Please be safe and take precautions when completing transactions or meeting people.

Privacy Policy

Most post information posted on this site can be viewed by anyone and should be considered public information.  You are NOT required to provide any of your personal details in your posts.  Your account data is private information that will only be shared if required by law for legal reasons.  No user account information is shared with or sold to any third parties.  Please note that your email address will be shown to anyone that you respond to.  There is no relay email system in place, which means that if you respond to someone that has sent you a message, they will know your email address.  If you provide a phone number for others to use to contact you regarding your posts, this information will be viewable by all registered users who view your post.  We do NOT data mine, sift through, or search your data for any nefarious purposes.  We respect your right to privacy, and we will do our best to ensure that your account information is secure.
